Admission Requirements

1. Fourth year High School Report Card

2. Two (2) copies ID size (1"x1") photo

3. Certificate of Good Moral Character

4. If an alien, two photocopies of an alien Certificate of Registration, plus other requirements needed

5. Is physically, mentally and emotionally healthy

a.) Has no physical handicap and/or deformity.
b.) Has no disease or any condition that is detrimental to the study and practice of nursing.
c.) Has a general average of at least 80% from High School.
d.) Has passed the College Entarnce Test with 50% Percentile Rank.
